For Non-urgent Clinical Need

Call your local branch

When calling during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm), our receptionist will connect you with one of our nurses.

After Hours or on Holidays:

Call your local branch’s office and leave your name and phone number on our answering service, who will page our on-call nurse.
Our nurse will call you back shortly and help you decide what to do. This can include:

Giving you support and instructions over the phone

Have you call your doctor to answer questions about how you are feeling and give a recommended treatment.

Send a nurse to see you.

For Non-Urgent Questions or Concerns:

Talk to your nurse or a therapist during a visit, or call your local branch.
